Damage Cap - Are My Assumptions Correct?

I wanted to check my assumptions in a comparison of Electric/Shield scrappers vs Brutes.

Assumptions:

1. Damage Cap for Scrappers is 500% and that includes base 100% and enhancements.

2. Damage Cap for Brutes is 775% and that includes base 100% and enhancements.

3. Lightning Rod and Shield Charge are psuedo pets and are capped at 400% and that includes 100% base and enhancements.

4. The Damage Cap can be exceeded by Critical Hits for Scrappers (although there are none for Lightning Rod or Shield Charge).

5. The true target Damage Bonus, as shown under Combat Attributes and assuming 95% enhancements, is 305 % for scrappers or 580 % for brutes. And in the case of lightning rod and shield charge...one only needs + 205 % for scrappers AND brutes.

Thx. I wanted to post some numbers but wanted to make sure all my assumptions were correct. Off I go

RE point 4: I think Stalker crit can go above Cap as well.

Point of order (ie nitpick), criticals don't "exceed" the damage cap. There's not actually a damage cap. There's a damage buff cap, with the numbers stated (I think, didn't double check). Technically, criticals, scourge, containment, etc. are extra base damage, that happens to have various conditions on whether or not it applies. (Bonus damage for modern Fiery Embrace for Brutes, Scrappers and Tankers works like this too - all their attacks have bonus base fire damage that is conditional on a flag set by using the power.)

Blue
American Steele: 50 BS/Inv
Nightfall: 50 DDD
Sable Slayer: 50 DM/Rgn
Fortune's Shadow: 50 Dark/Psi
WinterStrike: 47 Ice/Dev
Quantum Well: 43 Inv/EM
Twilit Destiny: 43 MA/DA
Red
Shadowslip: 50 DDC
Final Rest: 50 MA/Rgn
Abyssal Frost: 50 Ice/Dark
Golden Ember: 50 SM/FA

Thanks Uber...nitpick all you like. That's what I want so I can understand better.

Note about this one here:

These two powers, while being capped at 400% for all ATs that have them, also use that AT's damage modifier. That means a scrapper using them will deal more damage than a brute using them.
