Ok so I am trying to rebuild a bunch of toons to reflect all the changes made in the last year or so. Here I am looking at my Fire/Rad. She is intended to solo kill the hard things - i.e. GMs and maybe solo some TFs. In her current form she has already solo'ed some GMs and lots of AVs.
I am going to post two possible builds please share your thoughts and feel free to rip either of the builds apart to make it better. One of the things I am having the hardest time with is the choice of Epic Set...

Gah I was going to post a build using the Soul Mastery epic set but that will have to wait till I get back from work or tomorrow as it seems to have gone missing... Gah.
