If you don't have mids hero builder This well get you it, then all you do is copy the code stuff and on mids just click on Import from Forum Post.

Alright so I have playing my thug/pain mastermind all the way to lvl 37 but there is only one problem...lol Im a noob when it comes to masterminds. So im stuck here and i dont no what build to have. Word on the streets of city of heroes I heard the thug/pain can solo AVs is this true? I just need help trying to make this mastermind the best i can. So you veteran masterminds out there Help me out please!!! All help is appreciated!! Thanks
