I don't actually put Heca in Gambler's Cut, just the proc; that way I have room for some other procs as well. The rest of the set I put in Soaring Dragon. Anyway, yes, that would be the first one I should think.

When you say "other procs as well" what do you mean? If one slots two procs, whats the optimum for dam/acc/rech for the 4 remaining
Well, in the build I had, acc endo and rech were all taken care of elsewhere (set bonuses, etc.), so to get max out of I put in two lvl 50 damage IO's, an Achilles proc, the Heca proc, the Lady Grey proc, and I think the Mako proc. Switching any of those procs for another damage IO showed a net loss of damage, so that's what I stuck with.

I generally slot my proc's first.. then finish out the sets.

At some point, I hope to start to be able to acquire purple sets. This is still a ways off but got me thinking about the fact that you can't just rush in and buy several sets of them (unless you start of with super inf pile). So, due to being more rare/expensive, I want to get them in the order that is most logical.
I am assuming that Gambler's Cut would be the optimal first power to get them into, due to it being the cornerstone of the max dps chain. Maybe next would come Golden Dragonfly?
Any other thoughts? Am I barking up the right tree?
