Go to PlayNC.com, log into your account. Click on the City of Heroes tab. You should be able to download the client (or it may be the NCSoft launcher, now) - run that and it should install the game.
When I try to reinstall it it says windows is looking for a problem with NCSoft launcher.. Ive uninstalled it completely and still cant get it to reinstall..
When I try to run the launcher it says the NC Soft launcher has stopped working and is trying to figure out the problem.. I uninstall it and reinstall it but nothing works
That being the case, you will likely be able to get answers quicker by posting in the technical issues forum in the development section.

Hey guys, I just resubbed to CoH and had the game installed on my computer.. Then the folder the game was in was deleted and now I can't redownload the game.. Anyone know what I need to do?
