Noble Savage mission arc bugged

So I'm in Praetoria and I'm doing the resistance arc that deals with Nobel Savage. I'm in the (I think, third) mission of the arc titled "Meet once more with James Noble" and when I go through the dialogue with him, nothing happens. I'm just standing in front of him, he's still highlighted in blue and isn't attacking. I've tried logging out and logging back in, abandoning the mission, starting and completing a whole other mission then going back to that one, logging out and waiting a couple days to log back into that toon and still nothing. And my contact won't let me complete the mission either. Help!

Try auto-completing the mission, or, send a /petition in-game for a GM to complete it for you.

I already tried going to my contact to complete the mission, but I've sent a petition in. Thanks for the suggestion!

I had this, you can't auto complete (at least it wasn't an option for me). I bugged then petitioned and a helpful GM completed it for me
