Your Guess is as good as mine

I go to log into the game and I was successful.

I then choose a server and that is successful

The problem is selecting a toon and much to my dismay my screen is filled with tiny billion of dots

Have you tried logging in using Safe Mode only? This starts the game with the graphics on their minimum setting.

How is your video card drivers? Are they a year out of date? Or did you update recently? If they are old, try updating. If you just updated recently, maybe roll back to the previous driver version.

I'm sure some people with more technical know-how will have some better ideas, but it's a good place to start.

We need more information. A screenshot of the billions of dots might help. More importantly, go to this thread at the top of this forum section and start with the section about CoHHelper so we can see what kind of hardware you have.
