Dual Pistols (DP) Executioner's Shot vs Piercing Rounds
ES is better single target damage for an attack chain. I went with PR however since I think the animation looks cooler, the cone is fun, I only had room for one of the two and the damage difference isn't really that noticeable when I'm damage-capped due to FS. (Mine is DP/Kin )

The thing I don't like about ES (I have both, so it's not enough to make me skip it)... is that it's range is short... all my other ST attacks are longer range so I have to move much closer to the fight just to use that 1 attack.

Get both, use both. Piercing Shots is a resist debuff, so not only does it do great damage in its own right, it also increases the damage of all attacks for the next 10 seconds, for your entire team. Executioner's shot is more of a straight up damage shot, but its short range should not deter you from using it. My DP/Rad has Hail of Bullets up every 32 seconds, so she's already mixing up at close range pretty often.

I was wondering with these two powers being so close in damage, is it really worth having both in your build? It seems like the multiple target, range and animation advantage would make Piercing Rounds the better choice?
Thoughts, Ideas?
