Keep in mind, the -Fly is mag 1.6, so Hover will essentially laugh at it.

My decision whether or not to use spines hinged on how well that -fly performed.
Ive used a spines scrapper for years...most people with fly will try and escape without hover and will get too caught up in the chaos. I find however that spines is out of balance with the rest of the sets...it's secondary effect is non-existent and the damage is pretty crappy compared to most every other set especially with the horrific redraw...id love to see a buff but have accepted it'll never happen.
In PvP zones, just how long does the immobilize and -fly last from this attack?
