Can a alignment changed character unlock TFs for opposite side

I have a 50 Fort/Widow that is now a Hero. I wanted to unlock the Hess and Katie TF contacts. Can I do this? If so, how? Is it through doing all of the OB arcs, the last one? Thanks.

Yes. Run Lars Hansen's and Buck Salinger's mission arcs via a Pillar of Ice and Flame in Ouroboros. Lars Hansen's mission arc is levels 25 - 29, while Buck Salinger's is levels 30 - 34.

I have a related question. I've got a characters who have unlocked contacts, then switched sides. For instance, I have a tanker that unlocked Mortimer Kal as a villain, then went through the alignments from villain to rogue to hero to vigilante. So now I can get to Kal, as a vigilante, but can I start his task force?
