Theres a thread in the Scrapper forum that has Elec/Shield and Fire/Shield builds at different budgets.
My Fire/SHield doesn't run perma hasten, but runs the Cremate-Incinerate-GFS chain and is softcapped to all 3 positionals. Add in T4 Cardiac for End reduction, T4 Interface, T4 Rebirth, T4 Pyro Judgement and Lore and you have yourself a pretty wicked combo. Thats all without any PvP IOs

The more people I meet, the more I'm beginning to root for the zombies.
I use the following build. Down side is it's not perma Hasten and uses Incinerate/GFS/Fire Blast attack chain. Plus side is, it's a cheap build. It is soft capped. I use the Spiritual Alpha for more recharge and +heal. I also have Rebirth, Void and Warworks. I don't have endurance issues in any normal fight. As long as I'm not AOE crazy in a longer AV fight, I am ok there too. Warning, it does not exemplar down well as most of it's attacks come late in the build. I have only one of the three Membranes but have no problems on the ITF. Three would be optimal, but that's the "not cheap" part of the build.

I've been playing around with builds a lot today, and I'm having some trouble.
Does anybody have a Fire/Shield/Blaze that pulls the following off?
-Perma-hasten (within a second or two)
-Incinerate>Cremate>Greater Fire Sword chain
-Soft-Cap to all 3 positions
-Sustainable endurance
-OwtS (optional, but definitely preferred)
The closest I've got was a more or less sustainable build that was 1.5 short of the AoE softcap. Anybody really think they've nailed this one and wanna give me some tips?
Also, how much worse is a chain of Incinerate>(Ring of Fire OR Fire Blast)>GFS. My math said about 10 DPS less, any thoughts on the viability of this chain?
