Use Expedient Enforcement if you want some status resistance and +dam or Call to Arms if you want some +HP and +rec. The +6.25% recharge is really nice. You could also slot the purple pet set if you want the +dam and the BU proc.
Just focus on slotting acc and dam and maybe a little end red if they need it. It's not too special.
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
But doesn't the Singularity have holds and so-forth? Or should I not worry about those?

There is no "one best way" for slotting them. Both pets gain a lot from slotting the +10% Resistance procs, because both Rocky and Singy have high Resistance. Both pets excell at being tanks, so the higher Resistance adds a lot to their survival.
I prefer to slot Rocky with 4 Expediant Reinforcement, including the Resist proc, and then add the other Resist proc and an Acc/Dam Hami-O. I generally look to Rocky to be not only my Tank/Aggro magnet, but also to do some decent damage.
As for Singy, there are a lot of options. You could use the same slotting as above for Rocky, but replace the Acc/Dam Hami-O with an Acc/Mez. The nice thing about the Acc/Mez Hami-O is that it will buff both the Hold and Immob with one enhancement. While Singy's damage is helpful, I see it more as a tank/aggro magnet/controller.
I've seen a lot of different slotting options, depending upon one's build.

Singularity tends to latch on to a target and grind it down, so slotting mez duration enhancements really doesn't help much - it cycles Crush and Gravity Distortion quickly enough that you'll probably never notice the difference. A little accuracy doesn't hurt (though it starts off pretty high already) and then enhance damage to the ED cap and call it done. Like Local Man said, the +10% resist bonus helps keep him alive too so that's an option. Singy really doesn't need heavy slotting.

I have a lvl 35 Grav/Rad 'Troller as well as a lvl 40 Earth/Therm 'Troller. I have absolutely NO idea what the best slotting arrangement for the Pets is, especially the Singularity. I know that Stoney eats up endurance like nobody's business. I currently have them slotted with SO's...pretty basic slotting really.
What would be the "best" slotting for these 2 pets? Frankenslotting? IO sets? What benefits them most?
Ultimately, I would like to beat down some GM's with either of these 2 toons...end game of course. Don't know if that helps.
