Single Superhero Seeking That Special Archvillain for Accolade and More!
It used to be (and maybe still is) that the new AV arc is missing Siege. You can run the one-off arcs from Maria Jenkins to get him. You don't need to run all of them, just pick a mission, abandon it and ask her for another mission until you get the one mentioning Siege in it.
Siege (in the arc, not Incarnate Trial Siege) is a pain to fight due to a big self-heal when he hits 20% or so, so if you fought him you'd probably remember it.
Edit: Did you get Antimatter as well? I think you did but couldn't remember based on the revamped arc names.

Siege sounds like a strong possibility. I don't think I have Maria as a contact though, which is why I was using Oro. I don't think the ask/abandon trick will work with Oro missions.
Maybe I need to finish some of my active-but-outleveled contacts and see if they'll introduce me.

Siege in the trials DOES count as siege though. so if you go do a BAF you'd get the same kill credit
I prefer villain side for the Portal Jockey badge. On hero side, you have to kill 13 or so AVs that are not in the same story arc and if you don't write down each one you killed it can be a pain to figure out which you are missing. On villain side, you have to complete an easy "kill the runner" mission, trap 10 ghosts at night, explore 6 things, kill a GM that spawns often and everyone else is eager to kill, and endure 1 million damage. It sounds like a lot to do, but it takes a lot less time and frustration than killing 13 scattered AVs.
Well, 11 AVs are in one arc, one in another and the last one is Siege. It's not so bad.
The Antimatter arc used to be extremely painful with a bunch of kill-alls but the revised version can be breezed through as it's now a bunch of "Kill Boss" and "Click Glowie" missions.
I have a redside Brute I'm trying to level through the content (never played red past 35) so I'll probably stay true to my alignment for the accolade badges and get the full redside Portal Jockey experience along the way.

I would recommend if you are playing both sides to get Demonic Aura redside rather than Eye of Magus blueside, some easy defeats and a few exploration badges redside vs. fairly difficult defeats like Illusionist pets blueside.
You used to be able to accidentally skip Black Swan in the old arc as she wasn't required to complete the mission and you might not have even seen her on the large outdoor map if you stumbled across the clickie first.
I'm fairly sure the new arc makes each AV defeat a mission goal so you can't skip one on accident.
Its easier to get the villain version of the accolade and then switch to hero again and have both.

Or you could do 2 Ouro arcs and a BAF trial, plus gather the explores and history badges.

So, you want to be Mental?
What the hell? Let's buff defenders.
Tactics are for those who do not have a big enough hammer. Wisdom is knowing how big your hammer is.
So I have been trying to get the Dimensional Warder badge for the Portal Jockey Accolade, on a character who is already 50, by working my way through Maria Jenkins' and Tina Macintyre's arcs in Oroborous.
Maria now has 2 versions of her AV arc in Oroborous -- A Hero's Epic being the new one revised for Going Rogue, and A Hero's Hero, the original version.
I figured either one would be good for the badge -- otherwise people would have run into a problem trying to get the badge now -- so I ran the new one (Epic). Then I ran Tina's Praetorian War arc.
I'm ONE AV short of the badge.
The badge tracking system says "13 of 14" but it doesn't say which ones. I believe I have Black Swan, one of the frequently-overlooked AVs, because I have a screenshot of myself fighting her with the correct date on it.
Three possibilities occur to me:
1) I ran the wrong Maria arc -- should I have done the original Hero's Hero version?
2) I ran the wrong Tina arc -- maybe it's The Anti-Matter Collision / The Instant Army one needs for the badge, not the Praetorian War?
3) I missed one AV somewhere, who was not needed for mission completion. Any guesses which? And if so, any easy way to pick that AV up without re-running the whole arc?
Thanks!
