Fire/Traps build review
Not in the least bit of a Traps expert, but I have two main recommendations.
With your Global Recharge + one Recharge IO you can swap the other Recharge in Caltrops with Impeded Swiftness Chance for Smashing for more Proc Goodness.
Swap the Positron's Blast Damage/Range from Fireball with the Chance of Damage from the same set.
That would be it.

I worked them in and also dropped one Recharge from Rain of Fire in favor of putting two Dampened Spirits (rec, rec/end) in Seeker Drones to get them under 40s and get a 2% damage bonus for free.

Hi,
I recently got hooked on a fire/traps corr and with level 50 approaching soon-ish I would like to ask you guys for a quick sanity check on the build I threw together.
Some key points :
- I don't think I can afford purples, pvp recipes or hamiOs
- I don't want to take the snipe, Inferno or Time Bomb
- I like my character to being alive and blasting and would rather take 2% survivability than 2% more damage
With this in mind I aimed for :
- obscene amounts of s/l defense. I figure that with 55%+ I can take one debuff (9% iirc) and still be above the softcap
- a decent amount of energy defense for Lambda/BAF
- softcapped negative and ranged defense
- everything else, except psi def, can be softcapped with a small purple if necessary
So are there any really, really stupid things or glaring oversights I missed ?
