NCSoft Launcher thinks I have NA and EU game versions installed

The NCSoft launcher has both City of Heroes (US) and City of Heroes listed, both having the same version id and residing in the same folder. It's odd because I'm an EU player and have never had the NA version installed on that machine.
Is there is way to correct this? How is it "detecting" which versions are installed?
