You'll probably do better in the Tanker forums. For what it's worth, I have a level 40 Invul Tanker who seems pretty tough. I could look up my build and slotting and post it for you.
My basic advice is that you want to take nearly everything from Invul, and slot it too. Three resistance in Temp Invul, at least two in each of the passives, and slot for Def in Invincibility and Tough Hide. Take Tough and Weave as well. The only power you might want to skip is Unstoppable, because the crash makes it really situational.
