/bind t "target_custom_next mypet"
This would allow you to target your nearest pet, then cycle through them by hitting T. You can also include specific names after the my pet parameters if you want to target specific pets.

I agree with Eric Hough, there are bind commands that can select pets by the order they were summoned 1-6 and by their custom names. This is also included in Sandolphan's guide.

My Macro Management Guide
If you just want to solo on easy and don't care about having complete control then you only need 3 buttons:
/macro bg "petcomall def fol" -This will place you in bodyguard mode which will give you damage mitigation (but you need to get aggro onto yourself)
/macro att "petcomall def att" -This causes all your pets to attack your targeted foe and once it's down they will switch to bg mode
/macro fol "petcomall pas fol" -This will cause all your pets to follow you and ignore all the foes.
Also you may want /macro go "petcomall dis" -This will dismiss all your pets immediately and hopefully stop any unwanted aggro.
