Please Critique: Tri-Form Peacebringer

Here is a planned respec for my Tri-Form Peacebringer that currently has a hodgepodge of SOs, HOs, generic IOs, and the odd set IO.

My PB philosophy is to be a jack of all trades, master of none. I can blast/scrap/tank/heal but not as well as one of the specialized ATs.

I use human form to travel stealthily with super speed and a stealth IO or phased in quantum flight. I also use human-form to be a poor man's defender with stimulant, a minor heal, and a rez. My general routine is to cast stimulant on squishies, launch photon seekers and buff myself with hasten and build up. I then launch into Nova and blast away from a distance.

Dwarf is reserved for times that call for some taunting, I have to break free of some mez attack, I need an extra heal, or want to use teleport. I tend not to spend too much time in dwarf.

So feel free to comment, post variants, or post your own builds.

Thanks!

I think you give up a lot for not much real gain to be honest. You really don't need the Medicine pool, you've got essence boost, and two click self heals that don't require dodging interrupts (With way faster animation times to boot!). Resuscitate may be nice if lots of people are dying but that's what wakies are for. You should carry a couple of those all the time anyways. Stimulant...ehhh, I suppose it depends on who you tend to team with. I team with a lot of brutes/scrappers/widows/corruptors, so its not really that big a boon to me.

A friend suggested I take super speed, but I decided against it. More a personal preference, I didn't think I really needed it, and it was a power choice that I could better put to use elsewhere. I did take hasten though, so there is that...but who doesn't take hasten these days?

You six slot a bunch of stuff, which I think you could get away with less in a couple of those, which would make other powers a bit less slot starved, and you could also get some more IO Bonuses going on...

Here's my build, which I got a lot of help on in the making. Its not "ZOMG PURPLEZ!" level expensive, but its not cheap either. My human form is a fairly strong blapper, my nova's rocking superior range, and my dwarf is tankier than most. I eschew defenderish pursuits, I don't feel glowing touch alone is enough to do more than a bit of spot healing...or babysitting...and Ive never been a fan of babysitting.

You're probably gonna ask why I only have the one slot in photon seekers...

A) They've got a naturally high accuracy out of the gate. So extra accuracy isn't very needed. They're more likely to miss because the other enemy is standing just out of their explosion radius than they are because they just miss...at least from my experience.

B) Its cooldown is about on par with Dawn Strike at current enhancement/recharge levels. I like to stagger them, first Photon seekers, then a spawn or so later, Dawn Strike. They keep on a nice steady schedule like this.

C) I ran out of slots elsewhere...

If I hadn't been eschewing purples for this build, I'd have slapped the Soulbound Alliegance DMG in there instead of the plain jane blood mandate; scratch out just a little more damage boost on it.

I prioritize my shields versus the enemies we're fighting. Shining shield is always on, thermal and quantum come on depending on if what I'm fighting deals elemental or energy damage. Alternate between conserve energy and Light form to handle my energy needs, which are less than you'd think. If you don't mind losing perma-hasten switch out the spiritual alpha IO for a Cardiac, it should shore up the slight end deficiency. For Interface, Ive got Diamagnetic (Tohit debuff side), Reactive (DoT side), and Paralytic (Dmg debuff side). I run the DoT most of the time, though Diamagnetic's a close second. Lore and Judgement just take whatever floats your boat, I went Ion and Warworks. Ill likely get a PPD Kheld (You know the ones) when/if they ever become available.

Anyways, that's my build for comparison/inspiration giving. Its fairly flexible, and works for my preferred playstyle. I hop forms as the situation demands, though I've had a recent preference for human form, that may just be because of the incarnate trials I've focused on running though. Having all my tools available there is just a really nice thing.
