There are several options available for HeroStats support. The simplest place to start is by looking through the HeroStats documentation. It is also a good idea to read through the release notes. The mailing lists are the best way to make sure I see HeroStats questions, but since EN pointed this thread out, I'm here now. Usually when damage isn't being tracked, it's because there's something wrong with the way your chat tabs are set up. Here's the best way to fix that:

Set up an HSData tab as described there, then restart HeroStats. Usually that fixes these sort of issues.

Click the HeroStats link in Bob's sig, click "Mailing Lists" on the sidebar, get to this page, use the address which best matches what you need. I'd suggest the Discussion one first, then the Bug Report, should you be unable to resolve the issue.

Hello was wondering how i contact the developer of herostats? All i can see is their mailing lists.
My current problem is that it will not track damage received or damage inflicted but there doesnt seem to be a message board where i can ask if it's a bug or if i have it set up wrong somehow.
