Based on several threads bashing claws/electric I deleted mine which was in the high 20s. I really regret it.
You do get more aggro than that armor can handle the whole way up to around 28. Not sure about the rest.
I'll remake that alt soon. I've recently come to believe that I don't have to optimize everything, and I really liked that toon.

/fire more damage.
/dark more sturdy.
/elec more end friendly.
That's really it in a nut shell. If I had to pick one for a scrapper, I would go /elec. Claws has faster recharge on a scrapper versus brute. Add in Lightning Reflexes and it gets even faster and I prefer speed based sets versus slower ones. You may now ignore me having a Claws/dark brute.
