Ice/Fire build
Waaaaaay too much defense and not much else. The defensive softcap is the same for everyone - 45%. In the Incarnate Trials it is technically 59% but as Ice Armor you don't need to build towards that as you can leverage EA.
Try this build. Doesn't have Taunt, but it's arguable that Ice Armor doesn't need it. Doesn't have a travel power, either, but you could easily drop the pyre pool to fit that all back in if you want.

Hey.... This is one of my first tank IO builds. My tank is currently at lv 28 and I understand that building to its strength is important. Obviously Def s/l/e/n is the strength, but I normally roll scraps and not sure about the caps for tankers and how much to build to. I went with Kin Combats for obvious reasons ( i have plenty on hand) but not sure if I am over doing it. The order that I have taken the powers in isnt in stone either, feedback is welcome. I didn't take an epic and not really sure one is nessesary (offense is solid, end is good(EA),dont think I need more slot mules)
I do like to team on TF's and will do trials (not lead tho) Would like feedback and alternate plans of action.
