It's not an automatic thing, but it's simple. Download the NCSoft Launcher, and follow instructions. I believe there are guides in the guide forum for making modifications (like a desktop shortcut that will launch the game and close the launcher, to use less memory), and to set up the launcher to work with the Test and Beta servers as well.

Once downloaded and installed, browse the guide in my signature for ways to streamline the operation of the launcher.
