Incarnate Concerns

During play last night, I experienced these things:

Before the patch, I thought I saw the ability for converting threads to Shards.

Next, while I was doing the BSF on the Villain side I was unable to change/reslot my slots for the new slots. Specifically, I had problems with Judgement. I changed this before the game and waited past the cooldown before trying to change it but was unsuccessful. During the final fight with the reischman I tried to change from ionic to pyronic to void to cryonic but was unsuccessful

Finally, thanks for putting the shard salvage requirements back in the alpha slots. When I opened my new slots with i20s release I noticed the change to the thread salvage and thought this was part of the game.
