You need to be Rogue/Villian to get villian day job badges, and hero/Vigilante to earn heroside. Had this happen to me a while back, and when I crossed over badges were awarded.
Too many 50's to list here's a few you may know.
Slazenger, Area51, Area53, Area54, Erruption, Mind Plague, Thresher, Sheath, Broadside, Debt
You can earn progress towards them but will only receive the badge when you go full villain.

Does anyone know if Vigilantes are able to earn Day Job badges while visiting the Rogue Isles? My vigilante has earned all the time required for the Smuggler Day Job badge in the Rogue Isles, but the badge will not award. The line for completion on the badge is full and has been for two days. Is this a bug?
