Send a ticket to NCSoft Support (help.ncsoft.com). If they ask you for the Launcher's log, you can get that by right-clicking NCLauncher, selecting Show Package Contents, and all the logs are right there.

I installed the launcher and it works fine for the live server however it wants to update the test client so I let it run overnight (3 nights now) and every time it crashes due to a timeout after about 500mb have been downloaded. I updated the test client manually and there was only a 28MB update for some reason it seems to want to download the test client again or something as it is trying to download 3.63GB
Any Ideas on how to correct this issue
