My proposal is to eliminate the Feedback/Suggestion option on the Support window and, instead, provide text that reads under the body text box, "If you have any suggestions and feedback for the game, please post on the forums at http://boards.cityofheroes.com," and clicking on that link opens up your default browser.
In reality, every petition is sent to CoH technical support. Game moderators, not developers or game support, receive whatever is sent via the petition window so it's a little confusing to have "Feedback/Suggestions" as an option.
