Diminished Returns. It applies a curve to your enhanced totals that reduces their effectiveness.

Unfortunately not. The formula to figure out how DR affects your totals is pretty complex. The best way to get a good idea on where you'll be is to go into the zone, monitor your combat attributes, and see the difference when you pop your powers.

ok so im looking to pvp with this toon and i made it regen because,wel in pvp DEF is useless unless its like 100+ lol so i decided regen and i think this will work quite nicely. without instant healing on i have 752% regen but as a Stalker im not constantly in combat so right before im about to attack i can pop Instant Healing Rocketing my Regen up to 1807%
(121 hp/sec) as well as Moment of glory
so right before i attack ill have
1807% regen
85%DEf to all
75%res to all
i think all that would make me hard to kill, and also popping MOG and IH is no big deal because i have theyre recharge very low,tell me what you think of the build
