I have been picking up random thoughts from this presence, enough that I have learned who he is and what he is doing here. His name is Doctor Wraith and he is my doppleganger from the Praetorian Earth."
"I have heard about the Behavioral Modification that they have been doing on the Praetorian Earth and I have discovered it is being done here on a smaller scale. They have been abducting criminals from within the city. Doctor Wraith has been brainwashing them with his mental abilities and releasing them back in the city."
"We have to stop them.. tonight! I have picked up thoughts about some of their attack plans and who their targets are."

(Legion is my monthly RP AE Arc for the Paragon Universe SG. Its open so that anyone is welcome to come participate. If you are interested in joining in tonight, meet at 8pm central at the Freedom Corps building in Galaxy City. You can also join the "Paragon Universe" channel in game for more details. I am hoping to have enough players present to form several teams. We will be using the League setup for that.)
