Tri-Form WS Feedback
249 views so far. Any feedback? Still trying to work on this build and have taken a look at a few others but haven't found anything that makes me think, "Aha! That's it!"
Thank you.
The first goal should always be recharge, and yours is very lacking. The more recharge you have, the faster you kill, and the more overlap you have on eclipse. I notice you built up your s/l defense to almost 20%, but I've gotten mine to 30% with 185% global recharge. I recently dropped super speed and realized that stealthing for me is only good for ghosting tips... Teleport into spawns and hit eclipse. With 30% s/l defense on top of capped resists to all, you are virtually unkillable. Your only weaknesses are recharge debuffs and sappers.
I absolutely recommend slotting the absolute amazement set into gravitic emanation. Drop essence drain- You don't need it. With enough recharge, stygian circle will be up so much you won't know what to do with it. If you're playing your warshade right, you always have enough bodies to fill both of your bars.
As for your build...
Wow, I hate it. Sorry but you are overslotting powers that you will never use for minimal set bonuses. I'm not even going to bother correcting it. I understand that inf. is tight, so I made you a build that uses only the absolute amazement purple set you said you already had. The kinetic combat's can be picked up through alignment merits or lots of trial and error on AE ticket rolls. (Those should be fun.... My warshade currently hits the AE ticket cap-per-run in less than 5 minutes. You may find that you get.. Everything you needed, and resell it, after your build is done. Essentially, your warshade will give you your money back )
The goals I had in mind were way more recharge, and a much more significant amount of s/l defense- Also without wasting slots on powers that are 110% unnecessary to slot as much as you have and focusing on improving the cornerstone powers that you've gimped and outright skipped.
This build features only the purple stun set, ~30% s/l defense, and 176% global recharge. It also doesn't overslot unneeded powers.

In the new build, drop the last enhancement in Eclipse for a 50 IO of Recharge. Gives you 8 seconds of lee-way.
Very nice build for so cheap of IO sets. Recovery is kind of lacking, but still very impressive.

Recovery should never be an issue. If you're playing your warshade right, and you have that much recharge, you will always have enough bodies at your feet to fill both of your bars more often than you should ever need to.
Edit: Where are my manners? Thanks for the compliment on the build, I think it should be pretty effective and I hope the OP gets some ideas from it.
Thanks for the feedback. My build has been working pretty well and I have yet to not use a power that I have slotted. There have been teams that have "arrested" so quickly that I have hung out in human or nova form. Or stuck in Dwarf to tank an AV if needed.
Question: You stated that Essence Drain is not needed but then you used it in your build. Any reasons why you changed your mind?
I now have two Armageddons that I hope to incorporate. I really want to get her not really final build done to optimize as much as possible. She's been a lot of fun so far.
Again, thank you.

Essence Drain was an oversight, I just loaded yours and went to town on it.. I guess I missed a spot. If you want super speed, drop essence drain for that. If not, inky aspect would be infinitely more useful.
If you're really content with the build you're using I guess I should go into more detail about what I don't like about it and why.
Ebon Eye, Super Speed, Dark Nova, Gravimetric Snare, and Stygian Circle don't need more than their default slots. You are wasting precious space that could actually be used to enhance your main damage dealers, all of which you have gimped.
Fluffies are some of the highest damaging pets in the game. Nova form is the source of most of your DPS. Quasar is your highest damaging attack. There's no point in taking Unchain Essence if you're not going to slot it. Gravity Well is probably your strongest single target attack. Eclipse only needs 4 slots to be as effective as you need it to be.
It looks like you're trying to build for positional defense which is impossible to do effectively on a tri form build... The main point of IOing out a Warshade is to achieve perma-eclipse. Once you get Eclipse perma, you will notice such a huge increase in survivability that building your s/l defense up will be enough to make you practically unkillable in most situations.
There's really not much I can do to "fix" your build because what you were building for is so far off. My only real option to help was to make you a new one... Now that I've explained more in detail I hope it helps you get more out of your Warshade- It is an extremely fun AT to play, even on SO's, so it makes sense that you're enjoying yourself... But the point of an IO build is to get the most out of your character which yours does not accomplish.
As for working in the Armageddon set, the best place for that is probably Black Dwarf Mire. It might not be the best move to put in the build I made you since the 6 slotted Obliteration is keeping your s/l defense close to the 30% mark.
I truly appreciate the feedback and I am currently working on a build using a lot of what you suggested. Thank you for explaining exactly what you disliked as it helps me out quite a bit.
I am running a slightly modified version of your build and it is fun. So far I have not had any issues at all and I am barely done on slotting IOs. In order not to lose some sets I had I placed them back into the build for now.
Thanks again for the feedback.

Cool, if you have any questions about why I put anything in a certain place, etc. or any other general questions, let me know. Glad you are continuing to enjoy your Warshade.
Will do. Yes, I replaced essence drain with dark detonation and threw a random multi enh IO in it. Great for helping put everything into the corner and hits pretty often.
While it is a bit different, I find that it suits my play style just fine. I ran through an AE mish with my fluffies and could stay in human form the whole time or shift to get through it a bit quicker. The bronze 35-39 reward rolls have snagged me a few IOs that I needed. Still only running at +0x2 until I can pick up and slot a few more IOs.

I sent you a PM.
+0x2 does not cut it anymore. Simply not enough bodies to fuel the 'shade. Slotting the two sets of Posi finally made a difference for accuracy and I find that everything is hitting more often. Now that I have more recharge I can keep three fluffies out if I pay attention while shifting through my powers (because there is no such thing as forms with a MFing 'shade!).
And to say up front: yes I have read the guide Dechs put together and have passed along the suggestion to read it to a number of young warshades in game.
I have not implemented a post i19 build yet and this build does not have the Alpha slot noted but I am currently at a Tier 3 Spiritual and will probably go to Radial Paragon on the T4.
Money: the inf is tight. I do have some Absolute Amazement purples that have dropped across a few 50s that I have. Those were not included in this build but they are there for possible tweaking.
Playstyle: run in and do damage. I tend to put my shields/stealth up and go in with the eclipse and mires combo. Then I shift as needed. On days I deal with a lot of lag I may stay in human form for a bit or in Nova, depending on what is needed. I prefer to run on a team.
