Same goes for Tarikoss.
I just ran the second half of Posi to make sure it didn't require both to drop, but no joy.
Tarikoss didnt drop a NotW for us either
If you petition, you may be able to save yourself some time by pointing out that you got your bonus reward merits and it's only the Notice of the Well that didn't get awarded.
Unfortunatley support at this time is not taking seriously the problem. I have been back and forth several times and they do not believe that the Notice of the Wells are not dropping. It has been suggested that the players are not running the Weekly Strike Target TF/SF for the first time this week, they are suggesting that we are cheating and I will have none of it.

Is there any possibility that your initial response was about the bonus reward merits instead of the NotW?
As seen in the announcement forum, the WST is bugged and won't reward the Notice. During Thursday's maintenance they are changing the WST back to Psyche/Mantis. Until then, Posi/Tarikoss is only good for the extra merits, and for sub-50s, the extra XP.

I love that SF.
We just finished a Posi 1 about 10 minutes ago. None of us received the Notice of the Well reward. We all got the double merits, and the one of us who wasn't level 50 got the bonus xp reward. Just a heads up for people thinking about doing this TF for the Notice.
Petitions were sent, so far no reply.
