Can you get PvP IO drops if you kill an ally player while confused?

Somehow I doubt it, but I've never tried it.

I think that defeating people in pvp gives you the regular rewards like inf and exp. I could be wrong. So to answer your question, if you get inf for killing them, then yes. Otherwise, it is impossible.
