Need some settings help

Hello all new to the board and hoping someone out there can help me get started .

I have been having some major problems with City of Heroes
When I load up the game the login screen flickers terrible and it doesn't stop there . When I do log into the game the flickering does continue and the game play seems very unresponsive and choppy

I did some searching and read about the safe mode start , I decided to give that a try .

While in safe mode the game will start and run smooth , however when running the controls will die out , then start up after a sec or two . Also in safe mode the game is opened in a window , not full screen and I can't stretch it to full screen either . Not that this matters as after about 3 or 4 min the game just crashes

I am thinking that I am having a setting problem , not a computer problem . Perhaps someone can help me solve this problem ?

My computer ....
6GB system memory
NVIDIA GeForce G210 graphics card
Intel core 2 quad

Think I have fixed it ! Seems to have been a driver issue , crosses fingers

Seems to still crash , is there a known setting issue or crash bug ?

Please post a CoH Helper and HiJack This log. Those two will give a fair bit of diagnostic information about your system, greatly simplify this process.
