EM/Nin Stalker Build

OK i've never played a stalker before but i'd really like one. Specifically for zone PvP this is explicitly a "Hit and Run" character. As you will see i've gotten high ranged def because well, ill be running, and plenty of movement speed set bonuses and -slow duration on me.

Remember, "Hit and Run" is crucial! ^^

Please critique and maybe posting a build would be even better.

Thanks in advance

NOTE: there maybe s slight screw up in slots im not sure if it actually possible to achieve in-game.

Why do people bring /Nin to PvP? It ain't the Defense. The heal? Regen and Willpower do it better. Trops? Useless. Placates? Useless. Wastes umpteen slots/set bonuses on KB resist. Psi Resist? Yeah, okay. That's one thing in its favor. Question still stands, though.

Actually elec and WP would be better than Regen.
