Destiny incarnate power for an elm/shield?

I have my elm/shield fully slotted out and I love him, but I can't decide if I want to go with the recharge, or barrier. I already have lightning rod down to 26.6 seconds recharge with hasten, so I'm wondering if anyone has any advice as to what I should take.

On the other hand, barrier is always helpful, especially as a team buff and for my own survivability.

Any recommendations or ideas?

Since /shield completely lacks a heal, I find the regen/heal to be the most useful. Barrier degrades to a very minor buff after a few seconds, but the regen is at least 200% for the entire duration, which is pretty significant.

I have aid self for any heal needs, so pretty much if I'm in a situation where I need a heal and aid self can't assist me, its either inspirations or I'm screwed.

I took the heal on my Fire/Shield scrapper. It's currently a T4, so my +200 % regen is now perma, and the heal itself when it's up is over 900.

A nice "oh crap" power.
