need help|| i think i downloaded the us version of CoH

now i have to download the whole thing again? err...
Not sure about the Launcher, but:
Rename the updater from cohupdater.exe to cohupdater.eu.exe and then launch it. When it asks where to install to, point it to the directory above the one where you've installed the US version (i.e. C:\program files\ rather than C:\program files\city of heroes\) and you should then be good to go.
As for telling which you've got - fire it up, try to log in and if you can't login you've probably got the wrong one 
If you get a list of 4 servers (Defiant/Union/Vigilance/Zukunft) then you're in the right place.

well after i finally figured that i need the NCsoft launcher so i could download CoH i got into the game and entered my username and password but it says that my account information is incorrect. well, that sucks.
so the only explanation i came up with is that i accidentally download the NA version instead of the EU.
so i need to know
a. how can i know which version i have download?
b. if i downloaded the wrong version, how can i download the EU version and will i have to erase all my already downloaded content?
