An Official Costume Creation Contest

Flambeaux, Hollow Point, Silent Blade, etc., (I forget the names of the others ... Overdrive, Blast Furnace?) They all have costumes that look like they were made from the pieces available to players.

Have players design costumes for them in a contest and implement the winning entries into the game.

Winner also gets whatever prize ...

Yeah, some of the NPC designs (mostly the old ones) are starting to look really lax in the face of the Praetorian NPCs and all their shinies.

I'm hoping that David's Art threads eventually bear fruit and we get to see mobs get an overhaul. But, eh, we'll see.

I had this idea too but never posted in the forums.
There is a lot of NPCs, contacts, etc... Should use a facelit.
City representative, Azuria, Merit vendors, Inspi Nurses at the hospitals , Silent Blade, Flambeaux, Frostfire... Etc.
We see them all the time in tips missions, TFs cutscenes, etc... And they got awful designs, low res textures...
Upgrading their looks would be very time consuming so, they could make a contest similar to the new Ultra mode loading screens and then make the winners designs live into the game.
I think this would be great.
