Powers Not Recharging

Working for me. Which server? what powers/powersets? IN a mission, in one of the new trials/tfs, outdoors? Specifics help.
Freedom Storm/Electric Def Ball lightning and Tesla Cage for me. Others seeing AoE powers not recharging. Logged out and back in, still not recharging.

Freedom Server
Fire/Fire/Pyre Brute
Character name: Burning Lupis
powers effected: Consume, Fire Sword Circle, Fireball, Melt Armour, Fiery Embrace.
Powers stopped recharging after zoning into the Hamidon mission on a Lady Grey TF. Tried logging off and back, Dying, and 'waiting it out'. Still not resolved.

Have you tried restarting CoH? Could be an issue on the client side...

Seems to be working again after going all the way out.

After logging off for a while it seems to have fixed itself now.
As it says, holds and AoEs randomly not recharging
