I assume you pick tough/weave for outside Granite tanking?
If you want to run 'tiny' missions outside granite, i would pick the normal armors instead of tough/weave. Same goes for maneuvers. If you instead pick the 3 defense armors you might be off better and you can slot those also for LotG's.
Although i run a perma-granite, i have the 3 defense armors to solo stuff and for the LotG's. The combination and slotting will give you 1 build that goes around pretty good.
Oh... no, that was just to get that little bit of a boost to Resistance and Defense. Mostly shooting for a 'stands on Lord Recluse' face during a MoSTF and giggles' tank- survivability and aggro control are paramount. If I want to solo, I'll create another build (although I may just run my psi-survival build as the soloing build).

If you want to stand up to Lord Recluse, capping energy resistance helps a lot. The Cardiac Alpha can get you a good chunk of resistance that you need, then a few sets can get you the rest of the way. Here is my build that I use right now. Hopefully it gives you some ideas for improving your build.

Looking mostly to squeeze some more performance out of my build. I don't think it's a horrible build, but I do think there's room for improvement. Not really wanting to spend umpteen billions on it, but willing to sink at least some cash into it.
Oh- and this will primarily be a team tank with a relatively dedicated group, running 90% of the time with my wife's PB, at least during levelling. Looking mostly to meatshield and control aggro. I'm aware of the gaping psi hole, but not sure what to do about it- thinking maybe about running a secondary build to fight psi-heavy enemies.
