Where are the contacts for new 20-40 task/strike forces?

The Strike Force needs to first be unlocked by getting a random 'tip' (doesn't count against the standard tips), you should be introduced to the contact at the end of that. Not sure where the contacts themselves are for either, though (Pwiki doesn't say yet).

We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.

For SF contact is in Sharkhead Isle near AE building, and for TF in Indipendence Port - new boat close to Statesman's one.

When you do the special Tip mish first, the second part of it has you go talk to Mortimer Kal, so there's not really a need to go look for him.

The Admiral is hard to miss on his boat. Go between the hospital and the building next to Statesman's boat (moving from the train station) and you'll see it.

Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
