Unable to launch game

Hello, the launcher says the game updated fine, however when I try to play the game I get the following error message:

The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

I've tried the repair option a few times but it does not seem to be doing anything useful. Anyone have any idea what this means or what I could try next? Thanks!
