Thanks Kem, that seemed to have worked. I originally ruled out the OS when I saw that I could load and play test just fine which was odd. SP3 caused nightmares for me in the past so I haven't attempted to retry but now things look to be fine for the time being.
Since the I20 patch I've been getting the following message...

Is anyone else geting this? I've tried the repair and an uninstall/reinstall and I'n just about ready to call it and take a break for a while to try something else.
