If you are running win XP you need to have sp3 now

Which launcher do use? The old or the new one? If you are useing the new one please try the repair function. And contact the support too.
i ran the repair Via the new launcher and still nothing i am trying a full reinstall to see if that fixes it.

We're finding that some players are currently encountering an issue such as the one you've encountered. If you're running the repair tool, you may need to run it more than once (i.e.; multiple times).
If all else fails you can try using the legacy CoH launcher to solve the issue.

Are there instructions somewhere on using the legacy launcher?

Unfortunately it didn't fix my issue (XP servicepack crap)
10 50's To Date! Check out Titan Sentinel; it got my CoH presence synced online
i just got home and patched my game, everything went fine. i log in and select a Char. Then my game crashes on the Loading screen. It does this with ever char i try to log in on. I have tried repairing the game and it still does this.
This is obviously an issue with the I20 patch because the game ran fine till today.
