Immediate Global Chat and In Game Mail Maintenance - 4/5/2011

Greetings!

We will be bringing the Global Chat server and the In Game Mail system (Email) offline at 11:00 AM PDT (2:00 PM EDT) to investigate a potential issue. This means that players will not be able to access Global Email or Global Chat channels. At this time we anticipate these service to be back online no later than 12:00 PM PDT (3:00 PM EDT).

Update 12:05 PM PDT - We're currently working on a hot fix to address an issue effecting global chat and email services. At this time we have no ETA for deployment of this hot fix and restoration of global services.
