The +regen is rather low in PP, so i use it more for getting better recov. It's still a great power of course.
FA is imo, useless for most of the game, -tohit res OK though. Well, its not that its useless but its that there are a lot of other things you can get.

After quite an extensive play through with my DB/Energy brute I can recommend Body Mastery, Soul Mastery, and of course Fire and Mu for some extra AoE. I use Body Mastery on mine, I used it for extra regen (every bit helps) and for the Numina's 4th slot bonus, +heal, which helps the pitiful 4ish% heal of Energy Drain (remember, its % base heal, not a strait % HP heal).
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

Focused Accuracy
When this power is activated, the Hero focuses his senses to dramatically improve his chance to hit. Additionally, Focused Accuracy increases your Perception, allowing you to better see stealthy foes. It also grants you resistance to powers that debuff your chance to hit. Focused Accuracy is a toggle power and must be activated and deactivated manually. Like all toggle powers, Focused Accuracy drains Endurance while active.

By achieving perfect harmony of body, mind and spirit you are able to regenerate health and endurance slightly faster than normal. This power is always active and consumes no endurance. You must be level 44 and have Conserve Power or Focused Accuracy before selecting this power.
to give my Energy Energy brute better survivability. Just wondering if anyone out there uses Physical Perfection on their brute and if so how decent the regen rate on this power is
