As far as more art goes - I was planning to! At the moment, though, most of the art I've bought is of characters that don't exist inside of CoX. Once I buy more of my CoX characters, though, you can bet I'll be sharing the good stuff.
I'd lean on Gravity control, or any of the energy powers (energy melee, Energy blast, Kinetic melee, etc) or really anything recolored to match the energy she uses (you mentioned void crystals for example, so ice melee, or even sonic recolored could work best)
Her secondary to vary (atlest from what i'm imagining) to include: willpower (she has to be able to survive the 'planeswalking') Energy aura (recolored to make a 'void' armor) Dark armor (for the same reason has energy aura) or Ice manipluation, energy manipluation, things like that.
Gravity/energy may work out best. Playstyle wise, its a late bloomer, but once you get wormhole and total focus you can kill things pretty quickly, and do it pretty save like. Plus i see propel working out a both an attack, and a concept (while shes traveling, random object become stuck in her travel with her, thus propel is those objects flying from her 'portal' when she teleports)
... And while I've settled on an AT and Powerset combination for now, I'd like to hear what you folk think; just in case this doesn't work out.
First, the subject:
... No, she doesn't look *that* good in-game. Sadly!
To put it in brief; she's an... interdimensional scholar, of sorts. I like to borrow the term Planeswalker. It's not *quite* teleportation - but it's close enough for game mechanic terms - using minor magics and an innate ability to traverse the roads across time and space itself to visit dimension after dimension in order to expand her knowledge and gain new experiences.
I went with a Gravity Control/Ice Dominator for now; figuring that the Gravity powers were reasonably close to, say, minor manipulation of that temporal grey area she's so familiar with - while Ice, colored just so, made me think less of Ice and more of... Void Shards?
... So I haven't quite finished pondering this through just yet. I'll get there!
But my experience with Gravity has always been sketchy, at best - and Control sets aren't usually my cup of bubbly. Thus, if the Dominator doesn't work out, I'll probably look into things that aren't a Controller or a Dom.
Any thoughts? (And would this be better suited to this section, Player Questions, or General? It -is- fanart, of sorts - but I was never quite sure where to put these kinds of threads.)
