You can swap between two enhancement sets by selecting the "Enhancement" tab on the left. In one of those sets, use the BU proc and in the other set, don't use the BU proc. Swap between the two sets to get the details you're looking for.
(You can do the same with other stat-changing procs.)

Currently if I turn on tactics, I show upwards of 45% to hit instead of ~11% when using the full "Gaussian's" set. I know the reason for this is that it is applying the BU proc as 'always on', because tactics is on.
Is there a way for me to see the values w/o the BU proc active? This also effects all the damage values.
