City of Heroes freezes on new laptop!

Hello!
After my Sony laptop of 6 years finally died, I picked up an Acer 5742G. I love it so far, however after I installed City of heroes, did all the updates, it wont run! It gets to the Loading screen, and then windows says "City of Heroes has stopped working" and all i can do is close out of it. I've tried running it in Safe mode, verifying all files, but to no avail. I was curious if anyone else had any ideas... Here is my computer information via City of Heroes Helper.

[Edit: It shows that I only have Intel HD graphics, however I have Nvidia Geforce GT 540M. It has a stupid feature where it runs in Intel HD up until a game is opened, then it switches over to Nvidia graphics. I have went into my Nvidia control panel and configured it where whenever City of Heroes is open, it automatically switches to Nvidia. I do wish I could just permanently have Nvidia running though....]

If that doesn't fix the problem, I'd suggest also posting a HiJack This log, since I don't notice anything else with the CoHHelper output that stands out to me (other than Intel's HD Graphics simply sucking).

Also, I ran City of Heroes through the NCsoft Launcher, and it froze as it normally does, however instead of windows saying "City of Heroes has stopped working, please close out of the program", it said that "City of Heroes has stopped working, either wait for it to respond, or close the program" when I hit for it to wait to respond, it continued to act frozen, but then alas! It went to the login in screen, where I was able to log in, and roam around no problem. However, I can not replicate this, now whenever I use the NCsoft Launcher it only gives me the option to close out of City of Heroes....
