I'm really concerned on the end usage.
If you don't mind losing perma hasten and tarantula(boo for losing dps) you could rob the enzyme slot from hover move it to hasten then use the cardiac core paragon to ease end usage. That will help out since you'll need to run tactics against big targets. Unless you carry alot of blues the pets will keep aggro instead of you since you won't be attacking much and that means resummoning singy and tarantula alot. This alternative slotting is something to consider.

Ok folks time to pick your brains for advice.My buddy Boomie has inspired me to try to make a troller to do some of the things his elec/ice troller has been doing namely killin gms/avs and soloing TF's.
So I thought that a grav/storm would make a solid build to do the job, Boomie made a build for me and we went over it and I see alot of potential for the build. So I'm gonna post it and if any of you see anything that might "tweek" it then I'd like to hear what you have to say.
