Yes they do. As you can probably tell, this allows MMs to stack those debuffs insanely fast. There is a cap, however. Don't know the numbers behind it all, though. I'm thinking the dot/-res one will be the most useful for MMs. Though the -regen one would be super useful for AV soloing.
Yep - tested for it specifically using a Power Analyzer and slotted Diamagnetic Interface on MZ.
Most people are likely to go for Reactive Interface (-Res/+DoT) as it's a direct increase in damage, however I'm a fan of Diamagnetic Interface (-Regen/-ToHit) since I struggle with nothing else but AV's (and -ToHit stacks with +Def from FF/Barrier Destiny) and it's the only Interface ability with a 100% proc chance at higher levels.
Can someone explain these procs in detail? I'm having a hard time finding any information on Paragonwiki. What are you guys talking about?

The beta board seems to have vanished before I could check. Do the new procs from, I think it's interface?, proc on every pet attack?
