BS/SD, am I missing anything important?
Couple minor changes, mainly swapping your slotting on a couple powers to reduce end consumption and round out the stats on your heavy hitters. Don't let the PvP IOs scare your they are actually pretty affordable. I got that FotG for less than 20 mill last week. Consider the Cardiac Alpha because as it is now, in any long fights you will be sucking wind. Of course CP mitigates that, so perhaps it won't be that much of a problem. Just something to think about.

If your'e 5-slotting CI, drop the acc/dam and slot the rest. That should get you to damage and recharge cap (or nearly so) and let you slot up a nice proc in place of UndDef (-res proc) in Hack.
You might pay for it with slightly more misses, but I suspect the benefit of a proc will outweigh that.
Good ideas, I like swapping the Obliteration to Slice.
Crushing Impact alone can only get me 68.9% recharge in Hack, which combined with my global bonuses and Hasten isn't quite enough to let Hack recharge inside Head Splitter's cast time. Replacing that CI with Hecatomb could do it, though, hm... something to save up for.
I've got almost the entire build equipped now, and the endurance is actually manageable even in long fights, I just have to keep a blue or two around for OwtS crashes. I'd really rather not switch to Cardiac, but maybe I could go for Musculature Radial Paragon instead of Core for the endmod, which would get me another .19 end/s.

3> I would like to solo missions at say +1 my level, but also be fun in teams.
I am currently level 44 and having a blast with her. I have a free respec but am scared to use it before I know what I am doing. Is this a build I can play with SOs at first and then move to better stuff in the future without having to respec?

The extra heals in Physical Perfection are half the value they'd be in Health, by the way.

So I finally figured out a build for my BS/SD that accomplished all my goals:
-Softcapped
-Enough recharge to run a decent single-target chain: Headsplitter-Hack-Disembowel-(short pause)-Hack
-Roughly sustainable endurance (lasts long enough to make it through Conserve Power's downtime) so I can use Musculature
-High DDR
-Capped HP during OwtS
Overall I'm extremely pleased with the results, except that the amount of trouble I had putting it together leads me to fear that I've missed some obvious flaw somewhere. Can someone look over this and see if there are any gaping holes, or improvements to be made? I know there's no travel power, but with 60mph Ninja Run I get around fine. Purples and PvP IOs are out of reach for now, but I'm open to working towards them in the future.
